My weekend was pretty busy. I found an end table I want to try and flip on Marketplace. I worked most of Saturday helping my wife with the new escape room her work is building. Then the rest of my free time was spent sanding and prepping my garage door for painting.
I ended up needing to order the weather stripping I wanted because Lowe’s didn’t have it in stock. Then I have 2 weekends before my shed is getting built and the prep work I need to do for that.
All the while, I’m getting hyped for my end of month dividends to pay out. So far last month was a total of $480.59 and this month we’re at $208.20 before all the monthlies pay. EARN might be down $1,600 on my cost basis, but it’s still paying $0.08 per share which means $149.52 will be coming my way on the 30th. So we’ll see what this month shakes out to. My fingers are crossed that I reach my 50% goal and break $500 in a month.
My goals this week, are to cover the next intro to finance, and write next Monday’s article so I don’t have to scramble Monday morning. Obviously, I also have the end of month progress article.
