I know I’ve been slacking on these posts. I think its some solid writer’s block. This week has felt pretty good in the spending department. We did some staple grocery shopping on Saturday and most of the week has involved staying home and not spending money.

A nice comfortable kind of frugal week.

I did notice that I have some gaps I need to fill in the introduction to finance arena, and I still have a request article from my Uncle on cost of living comparisons. The next big costs we need to tackle are Halloween costumes, a trip to a wedding in November, and Thanksgiving preparation. I might even have to call a cleaning company to help us catch up with my wife still recovering from surgery.
