Happy Father’s Day to all the Fathers out there!
I’m writing this slightly in advance, but I’m sure my kids are planning to make breakfast for me, which will probably mean sending me back to bed since I’m the first one up most mornings. My mom, and my in-laws might come over for some food. I think the plan is to eat some of the multitude of meals we’ll be cooking for meal prep.
We like to pre-cook several meals and put them in aluminum trays for easy re-heating in the oven. I’m hoping to have a fire in the back yard and play games with the kids. Maybe I’ll take them on a bike ride.
