Saturday I posted about budgeting for your animals. Earlier this year I committed myself to one post a day for 365 days. Sometimes the content flows through me like another person has taken over the keyboard, like yesterday’s How to Build Wealth, sometimes the emotions of people being negative and hopeless on the internet drive me to research and prove them wrong, like the Las Vegas Article.
Some days though are like today. A sad weekend with a 13 year old sick cat. Running bill $171.76 for Saturday, and $380.50 Monday. Motivation to write is low, but Discipline has to remain in place.
As I expected Saturday this was going to be roughly $500. $552.26 to be exact. In a few days hopefully we’ll have answers, most likely kidney disease. Hopefully it’s manageable, but we’ll see.
If we combine this with human medical bills for 2026 we’re up to $6,500. This post will go live, but I’m not going to post it to facebook, X or any of the other 20+ social media’s I usually post to everyday.
Tomorrow I plan to be back on track. More intro to finance, Frugal Friday, and End of Month Community post Saturday. But today I’m going to cuddle a cat.
